Thursday Morning Book Review

I have always loved reading.  When I was in grade five my parents ran into a problem because I had read every book in the children's section of the library, but back then life was stricter and the books I coveted most were the "Sweet Valley High" series.  Unfortunately these were not allowed.  Every week they had to hunt for something I hadn't read and try to prevent me from sneaking to the "teen" section of the library and devouring the adventures of Jessica and Elizabeth.

Since then I'd like to say my taste has improved, but in reality I will read anything.  I love Harry Potter, I also love Dickens, I also love biographies.  I have a collection of Classics, but I just as eagerly will read Junie B. Jones (try one, I dare you not to laugh until you cry!).  One of the few positive things about my unemployment is that I have been able to read as much as I want.  I frequent the library, I download to my kobo, I have new cookbooks, I started Bill Clinton's life story (this is rough going, as much as I love him).

So I thought I would share with you some of the books I have read lately, and hopefully you can offer my suggestions and opinions.  To see all of my book reviews click here.
